Welcome base for holiday. Very friendly and absolutely lovely personal. Perfect place to stay close to San Marco square, Rialto bridge and st Marc's square and the center.

Made our stay extra special. We thoroughly enjoyed this place; everything was lovely, though the bathroom was very small. Refrigerators, a stovetop, and kitchenware were useful, cooked breakfast ourselves. The location it offers is unbeatable very close to Rialto and San Marco, central Venice and Rialto bridge and San Marco square.

From start to finish - a special experience of 4 nights. Friendly and absolutely lovely staff with good travel recommendations. Excellent and particularly good setting, close to all the main sights in Venice. For dinner go to Bistrot de Venise, situated near the apartment.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It was just a short walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. We didn't have to go far to find everything we needed. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious, creating a romantic and relaxing atmosphere for our escape. Plus, the check-in process was smooth and convenient with an individual code given to us.
There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. the bathroom was incredibly small, making it difficult to maneuver comfortably.

On the whole, it’s good home base for having fun and exploring Venice. Enjoy tea and goodies at Rosa Salva, placed 400 metres away. In fact, the property is situated close to San Marco.

We had very special stay of 4 nights!!
Room was a nice size and modern, equipped with kitchenette. Included a bidet, terry dressing gowns, and fresh towels, all very handy.

The location of this apartment is fantastic - it's really close to everything you want to see in the city. It's within walking distance to all the main sights, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the layout of the apartment is modern and tasteful, with comfortable beds and a good shower. the staff are also really helpful, offering recommendations for restaurants and providing assistance with luggage.
There are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment, and the reception staff can be unresponsive at times.
